Templates and guidelines for full paper
Full research papers must describe original work that has not been previously published, not accepted for publication elsewhere, and now no longer concurrently submitted or under review in another journal or conference.
For AIP Conference Submission
Authors must prepare their papers using Microsoft Word or LaTeX, and then convert these files to PDF. The following templates are AIP Publishing standard, and you must use them for all AIP Conference Proceedings volumes here.
For LaTeX users AIP Publishing has made a formatted template available in Overleaf. For best results and full support, we recommend that you use the AIP Conference Proceedings template in Overleaf. Authors may download either the PDF template or a .zip file containing the template.
Based on AIP Conferences from https://aip.scitation.org/apc/authors/preppapers, we summary the following instructions below:
- The article doesn't include the author name and full affiliation address including country
- Prepare your article using our AIP Conference Proceedings 8.5 x 11-inch single column template and the number of pages is between 8-10 pages (including figures and references)
- Please use Times New Roman font.
- The point size will vary by section.
- Make sure that all author affiliation associations are correct.
- Place all captions or other information associated with a table, image, or figure on the same page as that table, image, or figure.
- Number all tables, figures, and formulas sequentially.
- Use clear, legible images or illustration and diagram contained within the margins.
- All pages in your article are to be in portrait.
- Please embed all fonts into your manuscript PDF.
- Do not need to add page numbers or headers/footers.
- If you have included previously published figures in your article, you must provide written approval from the copyright holder to re-use the figure. Also, include the appropriate credit line associated with the figure in the caption.
For IOP Conference Submission
Authors must prepare their papers using Microsoft Word or LaTeX, and then convert these files to PDF. Submissions of full papers must be in English, in PDF format, and between 8-10 pages including figures and references with A4-single sided paper. Your paper is in its final form ready for publication, and has been thoroughly proofread. IOP do not copy edit or reformat papers and will not send out author proofs prior to publication. Peer review of papers published under the IOP Conference Series title is carried out through a process managed by the organizer and proceedings editor.
As a summary, please ensure the following:
- Paper size is A4.
- Margins are 4cm (top), 2.5cm (left and right) and 2.7cm (bottom).
- The paper doesn't include the author name and affiliation .
- There are no page numbers, or headers and footers, within the paper.
- The PDF is free of formatting errors (e.g. corrupt equations, missing or low-resolution figures), since conversion from Word to PDF can introduce formatting errors.
- Text is single spaced, not double spaced.
- The PDF file is editable and not password protected.
- All pages are portrait (landscape pages should be rotated).
- Reference lists are checked for accuracy. References can only be linked via Crossref if they are correct and complete.
- Figures are placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.
- A thorough proofread is conducted to check the standard of English and ensure wording is clear and concise
More information can follow here.
For Jurnal Teknik Industri (JTI) Submission
Manuscripts should be typed double spaced (12-pitch font size) in a single column format on one side of letter size paper with 2.5-cm. wide margin (top, bottom, left, right). The length of a manuscript should be limited to 20 pages total (references, figures, tables, appendices, etc. inclusive). All pages should be numbered consecutively.
Manuscripts should be organized in the following order: Title; authors and affiliations; abstract and keywords; main body of paper; acknowledgment (where applicable); references; appendices (where applicable). Abstract should not exceed 150 words. The abstract should indicate the subject and scope of the paper and summarize the author’s conclusion, so it may become a useful document in an information-retrieval system. Three to ten key words should be included.
All papers will be reviewed, and the results will be forwarded to the authors as soon as possible. Detail of Author Guideline, please follow the instruction here
Submissions should be submitted electronically through EasyChair:
https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=incite2021
At least one author of each accepted paper is needed to register for, and present the work at the conference.
